The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reason: To enable us to quote for our services, and to allow us to carry out our services in compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
We use the information that you have given us in order to conduct our geophysical site survey efficiently and enable us to deliver the contractually agreed final products to you.
We may share some of this information with the Office of Communications (Ofcom), which requires us to keep a permanent log of locations where we use GPR equipment, which we can be asked to submit to them at any time.

Your information is securely stored on our computers and email storage.
We keep a record of your personal details up to the date when a project is completed, all fees have been settled, and you require no further assistance related to the project. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from all our systems and securely destroy printed records thereof.
